All bookings, payments, communication, and liability are handled under Discovery Outdoor Ltd.

 

 

 

1. Booking & Payments

 

 

  • All bookings depend on availability.

  • Some activities may require an advance payment or deposit.

  • Any required deposit will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

  • Remaining balance is usually paid in cash on the day, unless otherwise stated.

  • If online or credit-card payments are needed, guests will be informed of any bank processing fees.

  • Discovery Outdoor does not store or process credit-card information directly.

 

 

 

 

2. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

 

 

  • Cancellations must be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Refund rules depend on the specific activity and will be stated during booking.

  • If Discovery Outdoor must cancel due to weather, safety, or operational issues, guests may select a new date or receive a full refund.

  • No-shows on the day of the activity are non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

3. Health & Safety

 

 

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to join the chosen activity.

  • Safety instructions from guides must be followed at all times.

  • Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended (medical, cancellation, outdoor sports).

  • Some activities may have age, fitness, weight, or medical restrictions; these will be communicated in advance.

 

 

 

 

4. Liability & Insurance

 

 

  • Discovery Outdoor carries all legally required basic insurance for activities in Türkiye.

  • This does not replace personal travel insurance.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, delays, or losses caused by weather, traffic, or third-party services.

  • Discovery Outdoor is only liable for incidents caused by proven negligence.

 

 

 

 

5. Code of Conduct

 

 

  • Guests are expected to respect nature, local culture, staff, and other participants.

  • Unsafe, disruptive, or harmful behaviour may result in removal without refund.

 

 

 

 

6. Privacy Policy

 

 

  • Personal information is used only for booking, communication, and service improvement.

  • Discovery Outdoor does not share personal data without consent.

 

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

 

  • All text, images, and media on Go Lycia and Discovery Outdoor websites belong to the operator.

  • Use or reproduction without permission is not allowed.
