    •    Go Lycia reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

    •    ‘No shows’ on the day of the scheduled event will not be refunded.

 

3. Health and Safety

 

    •    Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the activities they book.

    •    Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings is strongly recommended.

    •    Safety instructions provided by our guides must be followed at all times.

 

4. Liability and Insurance

 

    •    Go Lycia provides basic insurance coverage for participants during activities. However, this does not replace the need for personal travel insurance, which we strongly recommend for additional protection.

    •    Go Lycia is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during activities unless caused by our negligence.

    •    We are not liable for delays or changes due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

 

5. Code of Conduct

 

    •    We promote responsible and respectful travel. Guests are expected to respect local customs, environments, and communities.

    •    Go Lycia reserves the right to remove participants from tours if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
